Description
The 2019 Ten (referencing the alcohol level and supposedly the grams of residual sugar) is the first the lightest by the winery. Many will like it as well early on for its tasty and fruity demeanor, while remaining reasonably persistent and crisp. There is a little viscosity underneath and a nice finish. Drink it this summer for peak performance. It is quite charming. The grapes are sourced from the Lima sub-region of Portugal and the vines of Casal do Pao are situated in a south facing amphitheater north of the Lima River on gentle slopes with cool Atlantic breezes.
