Blended progressively through the pressing season combining a wide blend of hand picked apple varieties: Yarlington Mill, Brown’s Apple, Stoke Red, Herefordshire Russet, Dabinett, Harry Masters Jersey & Porter’s Perfection.
A well balanced, easy drinking cider with fresh, well integrated acid, soft & ripe tannins. Aromas of green apple, tangerine, stone fruit, orchard floor & rose.
Fermented with wild yeasts, with no sulphites, and no filtering or pasteurisation
