Naked Bacon from HogTree!
This bacon is first cured in black walnut syrup with a touch of maple and spicebush berries, then smoked low and slow over hickory wood. It is inspired by the black walnut-hickory forest where the pigs are often raised. This small batch bacon comes in a 16oz package and is thick-cut.
Ingredients: Non-Gmo pork belly, black walnut-maple syrup, spicebush (Lindera benzoin) berries, brown sugar, salt, spices, sodium nitrite (less than 1%).
