Finca Alto Roblalito is a small family run farm in Nataga, Colombia. Segundo grows exception quality and experiments with fermentation. This particular lot goes through an extended anaerobic fermentation before being fully washed. The result is an acidic funkiness, that we’ve decided to mellow out with a long development and medium/dark roast. The long roast time on this coffee turns that acidity into an accentuated sweetness.
