A field blend of seven (Sumoll Rosat, Garnatxa Negre, Monastrell, Ull de Llebre, Syrah, Merlot, Cab Sav) of Ignasi’s varieties, all harvested, pressed and fermented together. Spontaneous fermentation, no fining, filtering or added sulphites. Limited production: 1500 bottles. This is an absolute stunner, a cabinet of curiosities! For such a wild wine, it’s amazingly focused with smooth cherry notes, peppery pops and juicy luscious overtones.
